Rosapepe Retreats is delighted to assist you in bringing your special group to Italy and let you concentrate on your own group interests, while we handle all the logistics. Rosapepe Retreats will work closely with each group leader to arrange accomodations, transportation, meals and excursions. All groups receive special care to help the leader develop an experience that focuses and enhances each groups special interests.
** A representative from Rosapepe Retreats will always be with your group, so be assured you will be have no worries!
** Rosapepe Retreats takes care of all the details and necessary travel arrangements once your group arrives in Italy. You only need to be concerned with giving your group the best experience you can.
** We will draw up the appropriate reservation and deposit forms with all legal terms as required, to include your information, along with ours.
** All transportation during included group activities as per itinerary: transportation will be in vans or small buses.
** Transfers between the airport and the hotel on arrival and between the hotel and the airport on departure on selected tour. Airport transfers for early arrivals and late departures or different arrival/departure points other than directed by RR are not included
** Check-in, meals and excursions will be managed by Rosapepe Retreats.
** Additional spa services, outside of usage of the thermal pools can be made by the individuals as they like.
** Your participants may choose to extend their time in Italy, and they are welcome to do that. We will offer recommendations and advice should they like advice and assistance.
